Property Owners:

We have provided a link to TVA under our Links section that gives the water levels of the river. There is a TVA number that you can call (865-632-6065) to get the levels for the Beechview Area. Depending on where your property is located, when the water level gets above 365', you should expect some flooding in the development. This is an estimate from Property Owners who have lived through some of the past flooding. It is the Property Owners responsiblity to monitor the water levels and remove their campers at their own discretion.
